A Salamanca woman will be in court Friday after police charged her with child endangerment. Salamanca police said they discovered deplorable living conditions in the Washington Street house. The Buffalo News says 23-year old Brittany Washburn was charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child, involving children ages 1 to 5. Police described conditions as “unlivable.” The house also lacked running water for more than two weeks.
