Gasoline prices in western Pennsylvania have jumped seven cents in the past week. The average price is $3.63…above the national average at $3.57. According to AAA, the average price at the pump in Bradford is $3.62. Meanwhile, prices in NY remain higher…it was $3.87 in Friendship yesterday.
