A McKean County man will be in court Thursday, but this morning he remains in jail on $100,000. State Police say 40-year old Paul Kelly of Lewis Run faces nearly a dozen charges. The more serious counts include rape of an unconscious victim and rape of a substantially impaired person. Police say Kelly had two young girls stay at his house to babysitter. He allegedly plied them with alcohol and then allegedly forcibly raped one of the girls.
