The man accused of raping and sexually assaulting three young girls in McKean County will serve a 10-20 year state prison term. 46-year old Johnnie Gale Lee avoided a trial on Monday and accepted a plea deal. Lee had been convicted in 2009 and sentenced to up to 85 years in prison, but that verdict was overturned. Lee was also branded a sex offender for life and must serve ten years post-release supervision.
