Wellsville Police arrest

A joint investigation involving the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, Homeland Security, NYSP CNET and K-9 Unit, Allegany County District Attorney’s Office and the Wellsville Police Department resulted in the execution of a search warrant issued by the Allegany County Court Judge Terrence Parker at 211 East Pearl Street in the Village of Wellsville.  As a result of that action WILLIAM J. PARSHALL, age 40, of 211 East Pearl Street was charged with CRIMINAL POSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE 4TH DEGREE AND GROWING OF CANNABIS WITHOUT A LICENSE.  Parshall was arraigned before Village Justice Christopher O’Connor and committed to the Allegany County Jail on $10,000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 property bond.  Parshall is due back in Wellsville Village Court January 17th at 9 am.
