State Police arrest Cattaraugus County Parent at Wrestling Tournament in Cherry Creek

State Police arrested Kenneth E. Winter, 46, of Franklinville, NY for 2 Counts of Menacing 3rd Degree and Disorderly Conduct. Winter became upset over the officiating of a wrestling match that his son was in and stopped the match. He then allegedly threatened to kill the 17 year old his son was wrestling against and an adult who was trying to calm him down. He was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Cherry Creek Town court at a later date.
