State Police activity log

On January 4th State Police in Warsaw arrested CHRISTOPHER J. HOCH, 39 years of age of Arcade, NY for Burglary 2nd (Class C Felony) and Endangering the Welfare of an Incompetent or Physically Disabled Person ( Class A Misd). Troopers were called to an address on County Line Road in Arcade where HOCH was located inside the apartment of a neighbor upon their return home from being away. The home was occupied at the time by a 22 year old female who is mentally handicapped. HOCH was taken into custody by Troopers and Wyoming County Sheriff’s Deputies. He was later arraigned on the charges before Arcade Town Justice Bell-Beyer and he was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $5000.00 bail.

On January 4th State Police in Warsaw, along with Investigators from the State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET), arrested CASSANDRA W. GREIG, 25 years of age of Perry, NY and STEPHEN A. RUNFOLA, 28 years of age of Perry, NY. GREIG was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd (Class B Felony), and RUNFOLA was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 4th (Class C Felony). In addition to these charges both were also charged with Criminal Nuisance 1st (Class E Felony) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Class A Misd). It is alleged that both GREIG and RUNFOLA sold illegal narcotics to undercover State Police Troopers over the course of several months in 2011. These sales occurred at a private residence in the Village of Perry and also did occur in the presence of minor children. Both GREIG and RUNFOLA were arraigned on the charges before the Perry Village Justice and remanded to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $25,000.00 bail.
