A veteran lawmaker continues his leadership role. Yesterday, Greg Rounsville was re-elected president of Smethport Borough Council during the reorganizational meeting. Rounsville has served on the Council for ten years and he has been president for six. Brian Gustafson was reappointed Vice president.
