From the Cattaraugus County Sheriff...
After an investigation performed by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau, 39-year old Frederick C. Mix of Great Valley was arrested for counts of Disseminating Indecent Material to a minor in the First degree, and Promoting Prostitution in the third degree both class D Felonies, and one count of Endangering the welfare of a child a class A Misdemeanor. The investigation revealed that during the months of November and December of 2011, and January of 2012 on more than one occasion the defendant did electronically send sexually explicit and pornographic pictures to a 16 year old female. The defendant on three separate occasions also offered the same 16 year old female cash money in trade for sexual intercourse. The defendant was arraigned in the Town of Great Valley Court by the honorable Judge Stokes. Bail was set at $500 cash and Mix was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail to return to court on February 8, 2012.
