In Wellsville…
The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a hearing Tuesday night on the planned construction of a YMCA. The Olean-Bradford YMCA is considering a plan to build a 23,000 square foot complex off North Main Street in Wellsville. Since the proposed location is in the middle of a residential area, a zoning hearing is required. And while Wellsville residents generally support a YMCA, some Main Street residents have said they’d like to see it located in a different spot.
