The issue of the newly modified water and sewer fee’s in Olean appears to be far from a done deal. Approved just last month, the Common Council will take up the matter again Tuesday night. Third Ward Alderman Tina Kamery has proposed legislation to repeal last month’s action. Newly installed Council President Jim Brady has already said tossing out last month’s changes would be a top priority for him.
Also on Tuesday’s agenda is the appointment of Jason Boon as patrolman.
