AAA’s Fuel gauge report for western PA is out and there’s no surprise. A gallon of gas costs about 4 ½ center more than a week ago. The average price is $3.51…compared to the national average of $3.38. It’s $3.50/gal in Bradford…a penny cheaper in Warren.
