A Johnsonburg, Pa., woman was arrested at 2:12 a. m. Sunday on Parkway Drive by city police and charged with drunken driving and illegal drug possession.
Jacqueline Lockard, 44, was pulled over for a traffic stop and charged with driving while intoxicated and while impaired by drugs, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, substance not in an original container and traffic violations, police said. Lockard was taken to the Cattaraugus County jail on $1,500 bail.
