Cattaraugus County man arrested this morning

Sheriff's Deputies report the arrest of 38-year old Michael Doubek of Northeast Road in Conewango. Deputies said they were patrolling Main Street in Randolph when they observed a man slumped over in the drivers seat of his car. Police stopped to check the man's welfare. Following a brief conversation, Deputies charged Doubek with Felony DWI, Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and Operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device. Arraigned in court, he was ordered held in jail on $5,000 bail.
