Cattaraugus County court report

Lori Pettit Rieman, Cattaraugus County District Attorney, reported the following activity in Cattaraugus County Court on Monday, January 17, 2012:
    
    

JUSTIN WALKER, d/o/b 07/19/1991, of Hinsdale, New York, entered a plea of guilty to Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, a class D felony, to satisfy a pending indictment. The incident occurred on or about November 17, 2010, in the City of Olean, when he knowingly and unlawfully sold a narcotic drug, to wit, crack cocaine. Sentencing is scheduled for April 23, 2012.


THEODORE M. SCOTT, d/o/b 03/09/1965, of Forestville, New York, entered a plea of guilty to Driving While Intoxicated , a misdemeanor and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Second Degree, a class A misdemeanor, to satisfy a pending indictment. The incident occurred on or about January 23, 2011, in the Town of New Albion, when he operated a motor vehicle on a public highway at a time when he was in an intoxicated condition and when he was operating a motor vehicle in the State of New York when his license was revoked or suspended due to an alcohol or drug related offense .Sentencing is scheduled for April 30, 2012.

ROSANNE LOOMIS, d/o/b 05/25/1980, of Machias, New York, was sentenced to three(3) years probation and $400.00 restitution for her conviction of Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor, to satisfy a pending indictment. The incident occurred on or about January 19, 2011, in the Town of Franklinville, when she stole property.
