The Buffalo man who robbed two Allegany County businesses at gun point is headed to state prison. Twenty-four year old Demetrius Bembry was sentenced to five years prison time and five years post-release supervision. District Attorney Keith Slep told WVTT News Radio that Bembry forcibly stole property from the Rushford Corner Market and Angelica My Place Restaurant. The crimes happened seven days apart. Taking a plea deal, Bembry pleaded guilty to Robbery-2nd. Both crimes happened in October 2009.
