A Bradford man will be sentenced April 12 following his conviction Thursday to a child sex charge. Corey Parkhurst pleaded guilty to Criminal Attempted Rape of a Child. Prosecutors said the 21-year old attempted to have sexual intercourse with a 12-year old girl last August. Prior to sentencing, Parkhurst must undergo a sexually violent predator evaluation.
