Wellsville Police arrested Daniel M. Eck Jr. age 21 of Scio, charging him with Assault 3rd. The charge stems from an incident that took place on East Dyke Street in the Village. Eck was processed and held pending arraignment in the morning. Eck was arraigned before acting Village Justice Ames and released to reappear in Village Court on January 17th at 1 pm.
