Village police arrested Mark W Smallwood, 29, of Wellsville following a disturbance on Elm Street in the village. Smallwood was charged with criminal mischief 4th, criminal contempt 2nd and harassment 2nd. Smallwood was processed and arraigned in town of Wellsville court where he was committed to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $1000.00 bail to return at a later date.
Village police arrested Edward D Neal, 34, of Wellsville following a disturbance on Madison Street in the village. Neal was charged with criminal mischief 4th and harassment 2nd. He was processed and arraigned in village court where he was remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $500.00 bail to return at a later date.
