Following a traffic stop on the Bolivar Road in the village, police arrested Joseph L Maxwell 3rd, 23, of Wellsville, charging him with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of greater than .08%, and failure to keep right. Maxwell was processed and released to a third party to reappear at a later date.
