Village police arrested Kathy m Hurlburt, 39, of Greenwood charging her with issuing a bad check. The charge stems from a complaint from a local business. Hurlburt was processed and arraigned in front justice Oconnor and was ROR.
Village police arrested Christopher D Jackson , 33, of Wellsville on a parole violation warrant. Jackson was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail.
