Arrest in Wyoming County

On December 2nd Warsaw Troopers arrested DANIELLE E. HENDRICKSON, 28 years of age of Warsaw, NY for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd (Class D Felony) and Petit Larceny (Class A Misd). It is alleged that in November HENDRICKSON stole a blank check from the home of an elderly relative in Warsaw, and later cashed this check at a bank in the Village of Leroy in Genesee County. HENDRICKSON was arraigned on the Forgery charge in the Town of Leroy Court and she was released to the care of the Genesee Justice Program. She will reappear at a later date in the Town of Leroy to further answer the charge. She was issued an appearance ticket for the Petit Larceny charge and will appear in the Town of Warsaw Court at a later date
