A Roulette Township teenager is facing charges after he overdosed on prescription drugs he allegedly stole from the adults he lives with. In a press release, Coudersport-based state police said they responded to a report of a drug overdose around 9:30 p.m. on Dec. 3.. Following an investigation, police will charge 18-year old Cody Thomas with theft and receiving stolen property.
