Accused murderer pleads guilty to burglary in different case

 A Coudersport man who is facing murder charges in Potter County pleaded guilty Thursday in McKean County Court to a burglary charge in a different case. The Bradford Era says 20-year old Jonothan Edward Prather of Coudersport, is one of three people charged in the June murder of Eldred resident Samuel Miller in Austin. Prather’s burglary charge stems from an incident on April 17 in which Prather entered a building at 206 N. Main St. in Port Al legany with the i n t e n t to commit theft, according to Assistant D i s t r i c t At t o r n e y Phil Clabaugh. Prather will be sentenced Jan. 12 on the burglary count.
