Cattaraugus County lawmakers will heard from the public later today during a hearing on the proposed 20-12 budget. The plan calls for spending $213 million. It also includes cutting about 80 jobs. The Community Services Department expected to take the biggest hit, losing two dozen positions. The hearing is slated to begin at 3pm.
