Following a traffic stop on South Main Street in the village, police arrested Robbie M. Shay, 22 of Wellsville. Shay was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08% and inadequate headlights. He was processed and released to a third party and is due back in village court at a later date.

Following a disturbance on Rauber Street, village police arrested Kristopher Osgood, 29 of Wellsville for Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd degree. He was arraigned and released and is due back in village court at a later date.

Following a disturbance on East State Street, village police arrested Duane Hurlburt, 41 of Wellsville for assault in the 3rd degree. He was arraigned and released and is due back in village court at a later date.
