Wellsville Police arrested Katherine E. Kinne, age 21 of Hornell, and Kyle C. Reynolds, age 24 of Alfred Station, charging them with Petit Larceny. The charge stems from a complaint made by Wild and Wet Pets 2 on South Main Street. During the course of the investigation police discovered additional items that were stolen from the Tractor Supply store in Wellsville. Kinne was also charged with an additional count of Petit Larceny for those items. Kinne and Reynolds were both processed and issued appearance tickets. Kinne and Reynolds are both due in Wellsville Village Court on October 25th at 5 pm.
