The date and time for the Halloween Parade in Roulette will be Saturday, October 29th starting at 1:00PM. The registration and line-up will begin at 12:00PM near the Potter County Human Services building and the floats will be staged in the parking lot near Gustin’s Auto and Truck Repair. The parade will end at the Roulette Volunteer Fire Department where refreshments will be available and awards given.
The official approved time for “Trick or Treating” in Roulette will be from 5:30PM to 7:30PM. We recommend that any resident who wishes to participate in the “Trick or Treat” activities have a porch light on to make it easier to tell who wishes to have Ghouls and Goblins visit their home during these hours.
The Roulette Township Supervisors ask that during these times all travelers be extraordinarily cautious on the roads and keep an eye open for children that may be entering, crossing, or travelling on the streets of downtown Roulette. The Roulette Volunteer Fire Department will have volunteers and fire police patrolling the streets to help prevent accidents, report suspicious activities and assist anyone that may be having problems during these times.
The supervisors would like to thank the fire department, volunteers, residents, and all who assist with and participate in the activities for taking time out of their lives to help make this another great Halloween for everyone.
