In Allegany County, an Andover man has been charged for posing as a firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician in several towns. 20-year old Jude Wahl has been charged with Criminal Impersonation. The arrest was made by Andover police, although incidents allegedly occurred in several southern Allegany County towns. Police said Wahl allegedly had his vehicle equipped with a blue light and police scanner. He is accused of responding to and reporting incidents-both fire related and of a medical nature. Arraigned in court, Wahl was released to a third party. He's due back in court Monday. Charges in other jurisdictions are pending
