State police say an Allegany man was seriously injured Thursday when the forklift he was operating overturned, pinning him underneath. 22-year old David Bartlett
sustained a serious leg injury. He was freed by bystanders. The incident happened mid day yesterday at the Allegany Agway on Union Street. Bartlett was flown from the scene to Erie County Medical Center. State police said he underwent surgery and is in fair condition.
