Man Causes Disturbance In Courtroom; Injures One

 A man had to be removed from a Ripley courtroom after he yelled more than just “I OBJECT.” Deputies say that the man became loud and abusive and attacked a person. Giustino Nasca, 21, an inmate in the Chautauqua County Jail, was in court yesterday to face some misdemeanor charges. Nasca became irate and was directing his anger towards courtroom personnel. Authorities say he then attacked a person causing minor injuries. He was charged with third degree assault and disorderly conduct following that outburst.
