Chloride Causing Problems for Small Oil and Gas Producers Across Pennsylvania's Northern Tier

Hundreds of jobs could be lost and it potentially could be the end for the American Refining Group's Bradford refinery according to an article in this morning's Bradford Era. The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection is proposing a major change in the way chloride is disposed of in the Commonwealth. State Representative Martin Causer of McKean County says that changes would have a devastating effect on producers.
