Bradford Woman Charged with Arson


A Bradford woman has been charged with arson after police allege she started a fire at a Beacon Light Behavioral Health Systems home on Sunday night. There were no injuries, although firefighters had to take time to remove smoke from the facility. 27-year-old Chelsea A. Albright has been charged with arson with danger of death or bodily injury and arson of an inhabited building, both first-degree felonies. She has also been charged with risking catastrophe, a third-degree felony, among other offenses. She’s in Mckean county Jail on $30,000 bail.
