Olean Man Faces Charges After Assaulting Toddler

An Olean man was arraigned in the city of Olean court Wednesday after he allegedly beat up a toddler. Jason Foster, 20, attempted to discipline his girlfriend's 2-year-old son, but ended up lacerating the boys liver. Foster is now facing first-degree assault and reckless endangerment of a child, both felonies. The boy is listed in stable condition.
