Louis Dwyer was arraigned yesterday in Kane on a stack of charges.
State police at Kane say he sneaked into a woman's home back in August.
The woman called police when she heard noises coming from her bathroom
and found muddy footprints in her bath
tub. During police questioning, police say Dwyer admitted to getting into
the home thru a window, hid in her bathtub and knocked on the shower
wall to 'scare her". He has another court appearance on the charges next
month.
