James Leon, 52, of Steamburg, will be sentenced in February after
pleading guilty to drug trafficking. Leon could
spend up to 20 years in prison and face a 20 million dollar fine.
Authorities say DEA agents seized about 100 pounds
of marijuana and 18 pounds of cocaine back in November of 2011 from
another man at a home in Tonawanda and alleged that Leon would then
supply the drugs to customers in western NY. The other man, Rivhard
Himbury, pleaded guilty earlier this month to drug trafficking.
