Cattaraugus County Man Charged With Drug Trafficking Sentenced

James Leon, 52, of Steamburg, will be sentenced in February after pleading guilty to drug trafficking. Leon could spend up to 20 years in prison and face a 20 million dollar fine. Authorities say DEA agents seized about 100 pounds of marijuana and 18 pounds of cocaine back in November of 2011 from another man at a home in Tonawanda and alleged that Leon would then supply the drugs to customers in western NY. The other man, Rivhard Himbury, pleaded guilty earlier this month to drug trafficking.
