Bradford Man Arrested for Being Naked in Public

49 year old David Springer just can't seem to keep his clothes on. The Bradford man was arrested Wednesday night when police were called to Forman Street to reports of a man walking naked down the street. when they arrived they arrested Springer who was charged with open lewdness and disorderly conduct. Something he has been charged with 7 times since June 2009. Hes in the McKean County jail with a hearing set for next week.
