Authorities Find Drugs in Whitney Valley Road Home

 At approximately 10 a.m. Wednesday, members of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, New York State Police and the New York state Department of Environmental Conservation executed a search warrant at the residence of the accused on 7064 Whitney Valley Road. Those arrested include Kathryn M. Moses, 59,  Kyle M. Moses, 27, Timothy M. Moses, 30, Colleen E. Moses, 25, and Stephen R. McIntyre, 28, all living at the Whitney Valley Road home. Each are charged with felony third-degree possession of marijuana and unlawful growing of cannabis. During their search, authorities seized 35 mature marijuana plants, approximately 4-feet-tall each, growing outside the residence. Inside the house, police found a "sophisticated" marijuana-growing operation that had another 27 mature plants, processed marijuana, and growing equipment. Police estimated the street value of the confiscated marijuana at $70,000.
