Arraignment Set for Milliard

At his court appearance yesterday, Francis "Tony" Milliard waived a formal preliminary hearing on drug charges and weapons violations.  The Ridgway man faces a total of 46 counts that include attempted murder, arson and other charges. A formal arraignment is set for October 1 at the Elk County Courthouse. A preliminary hearing has also been set for next month on separate charges. The 58-year-old allegedly planned to sell drugs through a telephone conversation from the Jefferson County Jail where he is currently being housed.
