State Police Catch a Fugitive

State police in coudersport say a fugitive was captured over the
weekend. 53-year-old Roger Cole was taken into custody on Academy Street in Ulysses. Cole went missing after being found guilty of rape and other serious offenses. He was charged with felony flight to avoid apprehension and remanded to the Potter County jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
