Ridgway Man Facing More Charges

Francis Tony Milliard of Ridgway had arson and attempted murder charges against him bound over in Elk county Court. the 54 year old is charged wtih 46 arson and related charges in two seperate cases. Yesterday he was also arraigned on three additional criminal cases, two of which were drug related and the other on illegal possession of firearms. He has preliminary hearings on those next month. Milliard is also facing charges of attempted ciriminal homicide an others in connection with the beating of a Ridgway man in June of last year. Milliard is being held in the Jefferson county prison with a formal arraignment set for October.
