Judge Makes Decision on PA's New Voter ID Law

A judge has refused to block the state's new voter identification law from taking effect. Opponents are expected to appeal to the state Supreme Court. The opponents say the law will make it harder for the poor and elderly to vote. Republicans say it will prevent fraud.
