Former Bonnie Inducted into Pro Football Hall of Fame

Jack Butler, Who graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 1951, stepped into the Hall of Fame over the weekend. Jack Butler was a former St. Bonaventure and Pittsburgh Steelers legend and officially took his spot as a pro football hall of famer.
A wide receiver at St. Bonaventure turned defensive back with the Steelers, Butler revolutionized the defensive side of the ball, and paved the way for the current cornerback position. When he retired in 1959, Butler ranked second on the NFL’s all-time interceptions list with 52 interceptions.
