40-Year-Old Man Facing Charges For Having Sexual Relations With a Minor

Timothy Retchless, 40, is facing a stack of of charges for allegedly having sexual relations with a 16-year-old girl. Retchless was arraigned on a charge of rape. An investigation by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office found the alledged sexual contact took place in a vehicle parked in the St. Bonaventure Cemetery in the Town of Allegany during the month of April, 2010. Retchless was arrested last week and has a court appearance at a later date.
