21 Year Old Charged With Homicide by Motor Vehicle

21 year old Joey Charles Osborne of Coudersport was charged with homicide by motor vehicle earlier this week in connection with a fatal crash back in July. 16 year old Kaleb Haynes died in the crash on route 49 in Allegany Township, Potter County. Investigators say Haynes was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Osborne when the car left the roadway, struck a utility pole, flipped and landed on it's roof. Haynes was pronounced dead at the scene. Osborne has been recovering from serious injuries received in the crash and is now being held in leiu of bail with a preliminary hearing set for next week.
