A delay in prominent murder case has been pushed back to August. 54-year-old Emily Bellows Shaffer of Florida is accused of killing a woman from McKean County. Her trial, which was supposed to take place earlier this summer, has been delayed until August 6th. Shaffer is charged with homicide, burglary, criminal trespassing and tampering with evidence after she allegedly killed Carol Hickok on September 10th of 2010. Hicock's body was found on the rear deck of her home on Mountain View Road in Canton Township.
