Over the weekend, New York State Troopers and Rochester Police Officers, responded to a call in the city of Rochester for a subject standing on the railing of the Veterans Memorial Bridge. While the Rochester Police officers distracted the 62-year- old man, A NYS Trooper grabbed the man and pulled him to the ground. The man was taken to Rochester General Hospital for evaluation.
