Man Behind Bars for Stalking
A Port Allegany man is behind bars for stalking and other charges.
Bradford Police say 29 year old Geromia Schoonover was allegedly driving behind
a woman and her children in a suspicious manner. the woman pulled in front of
their station and began honking her horn to draw attention. Schoonover later surrendered in Port Allegany. Luther set bail at $50,000 cash.
