Man Accused of Stabbing Half-Brother Had Preliminary Hearing Yesterday

The Erie County man accused of murdering his half brother was hauled into court yesterday. A preliminary felony hearing was held yesterday afternoon for 22-year-old Cody Testerman, who is accused of allegedly killing 20-year-old Jesse Seneca. Seneca’s body was found decomposed on a dirt road near the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation. Testerman has pleaded not guilty.
