Governor Corbett Wants Assurance No Tax Dollars Will go Towards Penn State Fine

Governor Tom Corbett says he wants assurances that Penn State won't spend any tax dollars on the $60 million fine levied by the NCAA. Corbett issued a statement Monday saying he's relieved that the association did not shut down Penn State's football program as part of sanctions it imposed for the scandal surrounding Jerry Sandusky's conviction on child sex-abuse charges.
